　　雨生百谷，万物同长，新一年的无限可能展开序幕。2024年谷雨，是联合国第十五个中文日。今年也恰逢新中国成立75周年，自成立之日至今，中国一直以积极、开放的姿态与世界开展经贸、文化、教育等方面的紧密合作，在全球掀起了“中文热”的浪潮。
　　Rain brings up the growth of hundreds of grains and all living creatures grow together,meaning that we will have infinite possibilities in the new year.The Grain Rain of 2024,one of the 24 solar terms in China,is the day of the 15th International Chinese Language Day.This year is also the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.China has been actively and openly connecting with the different countries in economy,trade,culture and education and other aspects as well as inspiring people around the world to learn Chinese language.
　　为庆祝甲辰龙年国际中文日，响应语合中心主题为“中文：架起文明互鉴桥梁”的活动倡议，让中文在浪潮中腾飞世界，助力中文爱好者逐梦中国，汉考国际计划联合清华大学东南亚中心、国内外院校和中小学及HSK考点等单位共同组织“中文为伴，腾飞逐梦Pursue Your Dream Through Chinese”第四届HSK短视频作品征集活动。
　　To celebrate International Chinese Language Day in the year of the dragon and respond to the call from CLEC with the theme of“Chinese Language:Connecting Cultures through the Bridge of Mutual Learning”,providing opportunities for Chinese language enthusiasts to connect with China and pursue their dreams through Chinese,Chinese Testing International Co.,Ltd.together with Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center and various educational institutions and schools,and HSK test centers are calling for The 4th HSK Short Videos Competition with the theme of"Pursue Your Dream Through Chinese".

　　This is the first and basic round of review and evaluation,including whether or not the theme and subject of the work are appealing,whether the picture quality,technique and cohesion of the video is smooth and so on.

　　通过初审的视频将在bilibili（账号：汉语考试HSK）和Youtube（账号：HSK Official）两个平台进行为期30天的网络投票。
　　The videos that pass the first review will be open for online votes on bilibili(ACCOUNT:汉语考试HSK)and YouTube(ACCOUNT:HSK Official)for 30 days.

　　Rules and format requirements

　　以个人名义投稿，每人限投稿一个作品。
　　Each participant should choose a topic and submit only one video.
　　学校、机构名义投稿数量不限。
　　The number of submissions in the name of any school or institution is not limited.
　　契合主题，表现形式不限，演讲、朗诵、脱口秀、表演、书法等均可。
　　Any form that fits the theme is eligible,such as speech,recitation,talk show,performance,calligraphy demonstration,etc.
　　视频配音、字幕为中文，时长1-3分钟。
　　The video should be dubbed and subtitled in Chinese and last 1-3 minutes.
　　视频格式为高清MP4，文件大小不超过100MB。
　　The video format should be HD MP4,and the file size must not exceed 100MB.
　　视频画面干净，不带角标、台标、水印或标识。
　　The video should be clear,without corner marks,TV station marks,watermarks,or logos.
　　手机录制建议横幅拍摄，使用后置摄像头，拍摄时请保持手机稳定。
　　If the video is recorded on a mobile phone,you are advised to use a rear camera,to shoot the video in landscape mode and to keep the mobile phone stable.
　　请将视频作品及报名表一并发送至tougao chinesetest.cn邮箱。Please send your video and registration form to tougao chinesetest.cn.9.邮件标题统一为“国籍+作者姓名+作品名称+作者邮箱”。
　　The subject of the email should be“nationality+author name+work name+author email”.
　　注意：以上任意要求和格式出错都会影响对作品的审核。
